Paperback is a workbook

The paperback is a workbook, not a paperback textbook. It's useless if you don't have the hardcover to go with it. The actual textbook is great though, the author is very good at explaining how the different systems in a car work.

Graduate from the Basics

This is a great read for anyone who knows the basics of car mechanics, but is looking for a deeper understanding. It's a college text book, so it's not exactly a pleasurable read. However it covers everything you need to know about cars as a novice and does so in an easy to understand, user friendly format.
